Hello and,

Welcome to the "Crash Course Into Inner Peace", we are very happy to have you here!

The course requires 42 days of commitment.

It includes a weekly curriculum that facilitates Inner Peace.

You can expect to train practices such as:

  • Meditation - Natural Noticing - Awareness
  • Setting Intention - Visualize - Feel - Choose - Commit
  • Correcting Relationship to Mind & Body
  • Breathing & Core Exercises

They begin by being practiced alone, but will naturally extend into everyday life & relationships.

Expect 10 - 30 minutes training on a daily basis. Starting at 10 minutes and increasing up to 30 minutes.

You will have access to the full course after 30 days. But only the 1st week to begin with. This is for 2 reasons. Your free test is 7-days so you can get a feel of it, and too much information at one time can be overwhelming and bring opposite effect.

Complete the tasks, do the practices and remember. The real battle is always on the inside.
