The daily commitment "SUPERIMPORTANT"

The commitment to a daily practice is essential for your success.

No more is needed but 5 minutes in the beginning and perhaps up to 30 minutes in the last section.

The reason for a daily commitment is because the mind is like a reflex organ. It re-acts to every thing. This reaction is based on your current understanding, some conscious some unconscious.

The conscious practices you will get here, will, with daily commitment over the next 42 days, be a new re-action to everything. But this time with one simple goal in mind. To recognized the peaceful & calm state inside.

This will change both your current perception, purpose and your thinking patterns. It will in time start changing your body's chemestry, hormones, nerves and brains neurons.

E.g. Let's say before, you would rush through your mornings to be where you have agreed to be on time. Feel stressed, anxiety and irritation. Mind thoughts are judgmental, victimized and the body's chemestry is in fight or flight mode.

After that practices, you will naturally start to plan and create your day, so it is more peaceful, calm, exciting or whatever you desire to see more of!

So, to the point of importance, if you skip a daily commitment, the old system in the mind of going into fear and flight mode, judgmental etc. will delay the full achievement of your goal.
